Signals are reviewed and updated regularly by our team.

BUY: Conditions favor accumulation. Consider adding to your position if it aligns with your investment thesis.

HOLD: Neutral conditions. Maintain existing positions but consider waiting for better entry/exit points.

SELL: Conditions suggest caution. Consider reducing exposure or taking profits.

Signals are checked every 15 minutes for potential changes. However, most signals don't change frequently - they're designed for medium-term positioning, not day trading.

The AI Copilot is your intelligent assistant for crypto investing. Powered by Claude AI, it can:

• Generate Decision Objects with key levels and trade ideas
• Help you understand complex DeFi concepts
• Provide context on macro factors affecting crypto

The Copilot has access to TokenIntel's live data including prices, signals, ETF flows, and more.

Usage limits depend on your plan:

Limits reset at midnight UTC each day.

A Decision Object is a structured analysis for a specific asset that includes:

• Current Thesis - Bull/bear case summary
• Key Levels - Support and resistance prices
• Risk Assessment - Potential risks to monitor
• Trade Ideas - Entry/exit considerations
• Relevant Learn Content - Educational resources

Decision Objects are generated by AI using real-time market data.

To track your portfolio:

1. Create a free account or sign in
2. Go to the Portfolio page
3. Click "Add Holding" to add your assets
4. Enter the quantity and (optionally) your cost basis

Your portfolio will automatically update with live prices and show your total value, gains/losses, and allocation breakdown.

Yes. Your portfolio data is:

• Encrypted - Stored securely in our database
• Private - Only you can see your portfolio
• Manual entry only - We never connect to your exchange or wallet

TokenIntel is a read-only tracking tool. We have no ability to move or access your actual crypto assets.

Paper Trading is a simulated trading feature that lets you test TokenIntel's signals with fake money:

• Start with $100,000 virtual portfolio
• Trades execute automatically based on signal changes
• Track performance over time
• Learn how signals perform without risking real money

Access it from the Paper Trading page.

Click the "Get Started" button in the top right corner. You can sign up with:

• Email and password
• Google account

Account creation is free and takes less than a minute.

To reset your password:

1. Click "Sign In"
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for the reset link
5. Click the link and set a new password

If you signed up with Google, use the "Sign in with Google" option instead.

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@tokenintel.org from the email address associated with your account.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period
• Your account will automatically switch to the free tier
• Your portfolio data and history are preserved

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

To upgrade to Pro:

1. Sign in to your account
2. Go to the Pricing page
3. Click "Upgrade" on the Pro plan
4. Enter your payment details

Pro features activate immediately after payment.

TokenIntel aggregates data from multiple trusted sources:

• Price Data - CoinGecko (real-time prices, market caps, volumes)
• Macro Data - Federal Reserve FRED API (interest rates, inflation, unemployment)
• ETF Flows - Public filings and aggregators
• On-chain Data - Public blockchain data
• Prediction Markets - Polymarket

All data is refreshed regularly to ensure accuracy.

We collect minimal data and use it only to provide the service:

• Email - For account access and alerts you subscribe to
• Portfolio Data - Stored securely, only visible to you
• Usage Data - Anonymous analytics to improve the product

We never sell your data to third parties. We never share your portfolio or trading information.

No. TokenIntel is a read-only tracking tool. We never:

• Connect to your exchange accounts
• Access your wallet private keys
• Execute trades on your behalf
• Move or transfer any assets

You manually enter your holdings. This is intentional for maximum security.

Yes. We use industry-standard security practices:

• HTTPS - All data transmitted is encrypted
• Secure Database - Data at rest is encrypted
• Row-Level Security - Users can only access their own data
• No Password Storage - Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text

If data isn't loading, try these steps:

1. Refresh the page - Press F5 or Cmd+R
2. Check your internet connection
3. Clear your browser cache - Settings → Clear browsing data
4. Try a different browser - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge all work
5. Disable browser extensions - Ad blockers can sometimes interfere

Free accounts have daily usage limits on AI features to manage costs:

• Copilot Chat - 10 messages per day
• Decision Objects - 5 per day

Limits reset at midnight UTC (7 PM EST / 8 PM EDT).

Price differences are normal and occur because:

• Different sources - We use CoinGecko's aggregated price, which averages across exchanges
• Timing differences - Prices update every 60 seconds; your exchange may be more real-time
• Exchange premiums - Some exchanges have regional price differences

For trading decisions, always check the actual price on your exchange before executing.
